Project brief
Project-specific battery production begins with an approved specification that defines the cell platform, electrical configuration, enclosure, BMS parameters, communication protocol, connectors, labels and packaging. Incoming inspection, assembly checks, insulation and continuity tests, firmware configuration, charge-discharge aging and final OQC are recorded against the production batch. A golden sample and controlled document set help keep the delivered product aligned with the configuration approved by the customer.
